Our Team

Our staff team is widely experienced and regularly supported and supervised by our Senior Therapist. We have the range of competencies necessary to engage and provide for the needs of young people and also to run a successful organisation.

Within the management team we have combined experience of over 40 years working with children and young people. Their skillset includes youthworking, management qualifications, a qualified teacher with experience of early years development, Diploma in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and the use of solution focussed talking therapies.

We take seriously the need to stay up to date with current educational practices, Local Authority statutory requirements and government directives relating to our sector and therefore we endeavour to release staff for training as and when necessary in order to improve our care of and delivery to young people we work with.

In addition to paper qualifications, our staff team has a wealth of relevant experience from prior work places and volunteering such as: running youth clubs in a community setting, project leading a volunteering programme, working for the statutory Youth Service, teaching young adults with SEN to name but a few.
