Krunch has a full raft of policies and  practices to keep children safe and well, which are in line with the directives of Sandwell Childrens’ Safeguarding Partnership and the Dept for Education.

Our Safeguarding Policy  Krunch Safeguarding Policy Sept 2023 v.2    sets out the processes to prevent and protect children and young people from abuse and harm and how to respond should risk or evidence of harm come to light.

Krunch is committed to provide appropriate and professional responses to any young person who has been abused or harmed.  This support will reflect the individual child’s language, religious beliefs and any disability/difficulty the child may experience.  Our staff are regularly trained and supervised to ensure that they act appropriately and professionally in the event of an abuse disclosure.

The Safeguarding Lead Officer at Krunch Central in Oldbury is Lynsey Grant.

She can be contacted at Krunch Office on 0121 552 5556 or via  email :

I have no hesitation in recommending Krunch services when working with at  risk and vulnerable children and young people.
