Krunch South West

Krunch South West (SW) is a branch of an established organisation, Krunch UK, which has been delivering youth work for over 10 years.

Krunch SW began in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire, in June 2013 and now offers a creative and effective service for all young people aged 9 to 25 years. Krunch SW offers a wide range of youth services working to support young people with a diverse range of personal and social needs, and is becoming a vibrant hub for young people and youth provision in the local area.

Krunch SW values positive well-being within young people, regardless of faith, ethnicity, gender or beliefs and is committed to ‘helping young people discover who they are, what they want to be and how to get there’. We work inclusively with young people and provide a positive place for young people to socialise, access opportunities and find support in a safe and non-threatening environment.

Krunch SW has an established and experienced team of mentors, youth workers, volunteers, dancers and musicians. We provide one to one mentoring; themed group workshops; life skills workshops; a personal development programme; babysitting training; volunteering opportunities; youth clubs/drop ins; holiday activities to name but a few.

Project Manager Penny Baker has more than 30 years of youth work experience, including youth clubs, informal education, mentoring and work with disaffected young people in prison.
